What is your shipping policy?
We currently ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. All of our packages ship out of our NY warehouse. We offer different shipping options depending on where your order is shipping, the value of your order.
Shipping to the United States
- Standard – Free shipping for orders over $50.
How long do orders take to ship?
Most (but not all) orders placed in the morning or early afternoon Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 5pm Eastern Time usually ship the next business day, while those placed on Friday evening or during the weekend ship the following Monday. All ship times listed are estimates and can vary based on when your package leaves our Fulfillment Center. You may receive your package faster or slower than the averages are shown below.

Canada
- Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia – 4-6 business days

How do I track my order?
When your order left our Fulfillment Center, you received a shipping confirmation email that included a tracking number with USPS or UPS.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be edited once they have been placed. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can cancel the order and place a new one with the correct information. Reach out to our customer service team to info@apexystore.com. We’ll respond as soon as possible—but our orders are usually fulfilled within a day, so we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel yours before it ships.
Once an order has shipped, any change will have to happen via a return or an exchange.
Can I change the address on my order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot change your address.
